File Storage and Sharing
The virtual hard drive is essentially the shared file area. Each member has access to this for viewing documents, downloading image/media files, tracking reports and more. Members also have there own virtual private hard drive where they can upload and download files for easily from any computer, anytime!

Calendar with Monthly/Daily View
Share Group or private calendar with Bandportals member(s). Be able set dates and event entries to individual members activities calendar and set Event Notification Pop-up window (minutes, hours, days) ahead of the event

Create Projects and Tasks
Each project has tasks associated with it which can be divided by department, by event (s) or an ongoing activities. You can choose individual team members to join each project, leverage your pool of talents by assigning each member to specific task(s). Group email functions to team members covers all the bases.

Create Member Access Levels
Access levels can be established so that members (or departments) can view specific content. When a Bandportal administrator adds a user to the team, level of access will be set and the user will be added to the appropriate projects and groups.
